Merlin makes his Debut tonight .. not only on the Track but in a Open race and with a Big crowd and 5 other Dogs for company.
But Merlin is a Special Dog and whatever he does tonight he will only build on.
Tonight he is up against 3 Locals and 2 raiders from Hove, whilst the owners have had 4 texts and others a email featuring all the Dogs a very brief few lines follow
Trap 1 Like the 2 Dog done fast times in the 24:20's the 1 will be hoping to break like last time, could well have the plum draw on the rails
Trap 2 Fast away but the concern is the Middle comments never been in Trap 2 but its early might remove that worry
Trap 3 Been running at Hove in Opens and will hope the 2 doesn't turn right, a good fast starting trial here .. will the switch back help ?
Trap 4 A Hove runner who as a opposite to the 3 has been running at Romford, on a line with the 6 Dog its quicker on paper ? can it get out fast
Merlin in Trap 5 and Yes there are Shares still for sale and if you want to get in from the Very Start today is the Day to do it, £150 All in nothing else to Pay ever, you will of seen other deals for Dogs advertised, but I'm sure none represent the Value of Merlin
Trap 6 Not run the Track but the excellent Jason Heath doesn't just travel with Dogs, been running in sprint opens and despite a clear run was slower than the 4 Dog, A Wide runner .
So just a brief word, We wish all the Dogs a safe return and With Merlin we can Dream .. for me the nerves started at 6:30 AM how long till he races ...
